Feng Jicai thought that production of competitive works, the development of culture and art can not be achieved overnight, which need to be slowly raised, and especially need the support of the government. By this way can they write the beauty of language.

When it comes to intangible cultural heritage protection, Feng Jicai always worries about it. He directly criticizes that some randomness of culture heritage evaluation by departments in Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference meeting. The application of World Cultural Heritage should has a national strategy to carefully assess it. It is the wealth of all mankind.
